Hi Sparklies!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and it's something I hold dearly to my heart as I have family relatives who are survivors of it. Please continue to read this post to see how you can help easily help with the great cause! I hope everyone will participate as you can help contribute to the cause just by clicking away! =)

Last week, I was honoured to be invited to witness the 10th Annual White Cashmere Collection Fashion Show at Toronto's Art Gallery of Ontario! :) I still remember back in the days when I just learned about it during the 2010 Nuit Blanche and dreamed of going to the event one day! and here I AM! =)) The White Cashmere Collection is Canada's first and only fashion collection entirely crafted in pure, soft and luxurious Cashmere Bathroom Tissue!

The show began with some of the statement dresses in the past 10 years. Then we began seeing the collection of this year, which has the largest cast of designers to date.  Below I included some pictures of my favourite pieces of this years show. =)

David Dixon on the Left - a sassy cupcake of a dress

Rita Tesolin on the Right - She's a jewelry designer and it's amazing to see the bathroom tissue transformed into such art! There are more than 500 pink and white BT blossoms strung with glittering beads and crystals bloom. The effect of this jeweled suite is somehow sweet and edgy at the same time.

This piece is my favourite gown from the collection by Hoax Couture’s Chris Tyrell and Jim Searle. I love the sweetheart design and the high-low element which makes it fabulously feminine and sexy.

More than 3,800 hand-cut “discs” of white and pink BT went into the creation of Rod Philpott’s astonishing showgirl extravaganza for the 2013 White Cashmere Collection. From the tip of the frothy headpiece to the hem of its ruffled waterfall of a skirt, this outfit is sheer glamour.

simplicity just isn’t collection curator Farley Chatto’s thing. Hence this glittering white body suit accessorized with a lavish headdress and bounteous boa fashioned from brand new Cashmere UltraLuxe, Cashmere’s softest and most luxurious bathroom tissue, ever. All that’s missing is the pretty white circus pony.

The Limited Edition Pink Cashmere Bathroom Tissue (has pink floral designs) is a huge feature of the Collection. 25 Cents from the sale of every package will be going directly to the Foundation throughout October!
