These empties posts are extremely addictive. Since my first one in January, I started reading more of other bloggers' "empty" posts and realized how first one is so weak!
So in February and March, I also went over some of my old make up to see what I should really trash. I also started to include my daily disposable items like sheet masks and samples.
I'm starting to put the products in ABC order so if you see something you're interested from the photos, you can easily find my mini review for it below =)
More after the jump!
Bath and Body Works Japanese Cherry Blossom Gentle Foaming Hand Soap
Love the smell, wish they had this in Sweet Pea
Dermalogica Body Hydrating Cream*
I mentioned in the review that I'm not a fan at all, just disciplined myself to finish it.
Elizabeth Arden Color Intrigue Eyeshadow Quad
This is one of my first eyeshadow quads I bought back in highschool? It's soooo old but I decided to depot it just because of keepsakes. The packaging is just way too bulky anyway. I remember how I used this colour like crazy back in grade 10!
Fancl Mild Cleansing Oil
I used up so many bottles of these - I've lost track. I go through my cleansing oils in top speed.
This is still my favourite cleansing oil :)
L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Hydra-Nutrition*
It's so funny, my mom "stole" this from me before I had a chance to even take photos of it. And now, she finally just dumped this outside my room when it's emptied! I asked for her comments and she said she forgot. !@#@!#@$#@#!@#!@#
Recently, I've been persuading her to guest post on my blog - so you're gonna meet my mommy!!
L'Oreal Paris Nutri-Sleek Conditioner *
Didn't see much change, didn't enjoy the smell. I don't think I will purchase this.
MAC Mineralize Satinfinish SPF 15 Foundation in NC30
I got this as part of my charity bag from the MAC Warehouse Sales. The shade is too dark and I don't have the energy to mix it. So this is going to be a toss.
Marcelle Essentials Purity Soothing Cleansing Water*
This is a 2 in 1 product to remove make up and a toner for your skin. The idea is to skip a step while achieving clean skin. Personally, I never skip any step during my skin care routine, so I primarily use this only for the make up removal. I think this is great to remove 90% of m face make up, the eye make up, it struggled a bit especially for waterproof mascara.
Marcelle Liquid Eyeliner Pen*
I'm really surprised I didn't get a chance to do a proper review because I LOVE this eyeliner. The ink glides on smoothly, it has a thin and fine tip and it doesnt itch me. I've used this in a few of my youtube videos, I would repurchase this!!
My Beauty Diary Arbutin Whitening Mask
Such a juicy mask, love love love! I always buy My Beauty Diary Masks :)
Naris Up SKIN CONDITIONER HA Skin Conditioner Lotion - with Soy Milk Extract
I got this for $45 HKD for 360ml. It's a really good deal for the size. I think that this is pretty good if you're looking for a lotion/toner for summer time for oily type skin. For me though, this is not moistuizing enough. I still have 2 more bottles of these to go through!
Recently found it in my Lippies drawers and told myself I really need to let it go. I have to say this is one of my favourite shades for lipgloss and maybe that's why I kept it for so long for reference. It's just so gross now so I have to toss it out!
Physicians Formula Eye Booster 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner + Serum
It's been so long since I reviewed these and with use, the cap often falls off. I'm so annoyed because the ink goes all over my make up bag. I would need to clean everything. It dried up quite a bit too. I used to really like this, but the packaging really annoys me so I don't think I'll repurchase it.
Purederm ‘Myung-An’ Brightening Korean Herb Mask
I got these from Walmart and wow, the smell is awful. I've used Korean Herb Masks before but this really bothered me. If the awful smell can be compensated by actually brightening my face then fine - but it doesn't! :(
PURESA Vitamin C Sheet Mask
Not moisturizing and I don't find my skin brightened. I will not purchase this again.
Revlon Moon Drops Lip Conditioner
It's disgusting how old this lip balm is. It belonged to my mom and she recently finished it. However, she thought that Revlon made one of the best drugstore lip balms.
SEIZE (Samsung Cosmetics) The Coenzyme Q10 Gracious Rich Lotion
Heck of a name! This was a sample from my sister, super moisturizing, I might try to find it next time I'm in Korea! :)
Shiseido White Lucent Brightening Moisturizing Emulsion
This was my second bottle of the product since I reviewed it. I went through this bottle very quickly because I know it was very very close to expiry. I picked it up from the Shiseido Sale for an affordable price! Now I've been using the replacement product which I will soon review!
SKII Signs Treatment Totality
It's a cream to fight of signs of aging in general. It was a splurge but I feel that it was definitely worth it. Some say it's too early for me to use such a brand but I think it's a concept of necessity. I apply this cream mainly on my forehead and smile lines area. I will certainly repurchase this again if I feel like splurging again :)
The Body Shop Grapeseed Lip Butter
I'm so glad to be FINALLY done this lip balm. When I tested it out at the stores, it smelled so good!! However, when applied, it had a strong aftertaste and it made my lips chip. Towards half the jar, I started applying this on my legs just so I can finish it quicker.
Product noted with a star (*) are sponsored items, all opinions are my own.
I'm happy that I'm tossing some of my make up, it's ridiculous how I just keep everything and hoard! I'm happy that I started to use my sample sized items, I tend to just collect and it just sits there for years. I really need to work on my face masks, I've become SO LAZY. Hopefully I will finish more in the coming months :)
