Your eyes will look bigger than ever! Achieve deep-set eyes by layering on these colors with different textures! Use this four-shade palette of eyeshadows to try a wide range of tricks for making your eyes look bigger.

Color: [01] Strawberry Chocolate: Sweet, cute pink shades. Look like a not straightforwardly cute woman with a bittersweet edge!

Comes with instructions and easy to understand diagrams which is very helpful regardless of your language abilities.

Directions of Use
Apply the sweet colors and then the bitter colors in order. As you layer on the color, your eyes will look deeper-set, like dark chocolate with a rich, multi-layered flavor!

A: Base color: Apply to the whole of the upper lid. This bright color like white chocolate sweeps away any trace of dullness from your eyelids. Creates a solid foundation for achieving deep-set eyes and helps the other colors to stand out better.
B: Light color: Apply to the hollow of your eye socket
A light color with gently sparkling pearl particles. For a gorgeous impression in an instant!
C: Accent color: Apply to the hollow of your eye socket, spreading it from the inner corner of the eye to the outer edges
An accent color studded with masses of sparkling lamé and shiny pearl particles. For attractive, sparkling eyes.
D: Liner color: Use the fine tip to draw a line at the edge of your eye
A deep, rich liner color with few pearl particles. A dark chocolate color that makes the line of your eyes look bolder and deeper-set. Emphasizes your pupils!

Review:
This is the first item I bought from a Japanese drugstore brand Canmake. I was convinced to purchase their cosmetics because of the ads I see from Vivi magazines modeled by one of my fave model - Lena Fuji! I did wish I bought more at the time since I read so many good reviews on their cream blushes and lipglosses!

These eyeshadow palettes are packaged in a cute plastic container shaped like jewel. I think this was super cute! However, many bloggers mentioned that their package is cheap and that it can crack. So, I try to take care of it as much as I can. The size of these eyeshadows are actually really small. The little sponge applicator should give you a comparison. I never use my fingers to apply because my nails would jam in the shadows for sure.

The texture of the palette is chalky, soft and a little creamy. I find that it was very hard to blend and the pigmentation isn't that good. Although in the swatch photo it seemed like it was good pigmentation but when applied, I have to use a primer to bring out the colors. If you like to slowly build up your eyeshadows, you will like this however I like it super pigmented then blend out hard lines. Staying power without the primer is poor, it can be wiped off easily and within 1 hr, my eyes appear bare as if no eyeshadow was applied.

Simply said, I cannot use this product at all without a primer. I almost only use the first two colors from the left (A&B) because they work great as a highlighter for my brow bone area. Otherwise, I hardly even touch this eyeshadow palette. I'm disappointed considering this was my first item from Canmake. I hear that this brand is a hit or a miss. I'm definitely not going to purchase any more eye shadow products from Canmake until I'm super convinced it's good quality. I'm still debating whether I should purchase other items from this cosmetics brand. Recently, they had a new cream blush that came out which was #09 - Pinky Rose. I'm kinda tempted, have you tried it?

Overall: ♥
